I spent over a decade learning about healing the mind alternatively & elevating my state!
Since I was a teen I knew that my mind worked differently than most people around me. I was really stressed out about responding properly in social scenarios, creating a massively incredible life, and healing the lingering sadness and lack of fulfillment I felt for as long as I could remember.
After trying things the traditional route for over a decade I realized that it was “working” but traditional ways get you traditional results which in this world was STABLE.
I didn't want just to be stable I wanted to deeply impact the world around me and connect to a purpose and impact-driven life. So I set off to create a method that was exciting and able to be personalized. The most difficult feat. was making it sustainable and that’s when I truly began to thrive. I began calling it the act of “Living my most Rad Reality.”
